Lagos Ideas Week 2016. We Are Excited

I am yet to recover from the excitement and experience of the #SocialMediaWeek 2016, so imagine my euphoria at the news about another mind blowing “week” event coming up this May. Enter Lagos Ideas Week 2016. #LIW2016
Lagos Ideas Week is a movement built on one core belief: When a broad spectrum of thinkers, Innovators, leaders, investors, executives and instigators share ideas, we have the power to transform our world. Thus, young men and women will adopt Innovation and Creativity for the purpose of personal development, nation building, regional cooperation and global participation.

This premiere event will be the first of its kind in Africa. It will be engaging through various programmes ranging from talks, walks, conversations, panels, forum and social gathering.

The 6 days event which will run from 24TH - 28TH May, 2016 is scheduled as follows:

DAY 1 | INNO-WALK
We will walk with celebrities and some other dignitaries in the society proclaiming the importance of innovation in our community. The walk will be a sensitization walk as well with press release to further establish our purpose.

DAY 2 | ROMMAN READS
In memory of Hammed Ajiboye, Romman Reads will continue in his memory to establish reading habits and good writing skills among Nigerians. Hammed desired that Romman Reads will be change the thinking of many people in the way they read, speak and write.

DAY 3 | EINSTEIN'S TIME
Inspirational stories of achievers. This moment will be willed with stories of achievers who have changed the world ranging from different industries

DAY 4 | INVESTORS & INNOVATORS LAB
This session will featured investors as audience while the organizations, individuals pitch their ideas they want expand. The innovators must have already started their business for at least 2 years

DAY 5 | CONVERSATION
A conversation with political leaders, decision makers and office holders in Lagos state. They will be open up plans on how to establish innovation for entrepreneurs and education.

DAY 6 | GUESS WHO IS COMING TO DINNER
This shall be a networking dinner with every guest speaker that graced this event. Dinner ticket shall be on sale both online and offline throughout the event and we will invite one game changer as our keynote speaker at the dinner event.
